Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are very pleased to inform you about an exciting new digital Arabic language program that we have introduced at School. I Read Arabic offers a unique opportunity for students from KG to Grade 8 to improve their Arabic language skills.

I Read Arabic allows students to gain access to hundreds of eBooks students can read, listen to, and even record themselves reading. All reading materials are based upon your child’s independent level, as determined by placement tests that will be conducted by their Arabic teacher following the Arabi 21 rubric standards.

This ensures that reading materials are appropriate for each student’s ability.

Additionally the program also offers the below key features:

● It includes reading comprehension quizzes after each book and benchmark tests for screening to assess students’ instructional needs.
● It includes a built-in mail feature for teacher-student communication.
● It includes detailed reporting on student’s performance to monitor progress.
● There are hundreds of scaffolded worksheets covering grammar basics, as well as detailed reading comprehension quizzes for high level stories.
● It includes grammar tutorial videos to improve language attainment.
● There is a reward system to unlock games, and printable certificates for student effort recognition.

We encourage you to use the program at home with your child, as it has proven benefits like enriching arabic vocabulary as well as improving fluency and comprehension. We recommend to read with them four times a week for a period of twenty minutes and note the difference.

  Regards
