I Read Arabic

Dear Parents,

You’re invited to join the ES/PS Arabic team to learn about our first literacy initiative for the Arabic language,  “iRead Arabic” “ أقرأ بالعربية”! The iRead Arabic website has been proven to improve Arabic literacy and vocabulary acquisition in a fun and interactive way. It is also a wonderful way of improving listening comprehension.

Please join the DAA ES Arabic team and Lamia Tabbaa - the website creator on Sunday, March 18 at 8:00am in the DAA auditorium to learn how to make reading in Arabic fun and engaging for your child!  Together, we can work to move all of our students forward in their Arabic language development.

We can’t wait to show you this new language learning tool!
bring your iPad if you would like to try it with us

Best Reagards,
Arabic Team.

Welcome

Dear Parents,

On behalf of the PS/ES Arabic team we are  happy to welcome you to
the 2017-18 school year!

We are looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure
our students can achieve their highest potential.

We recognize that in order to be successful in school, students need
support from both the home and school. We know a strong partnership
with you will make a great difference in your child’s education.
As partners, we share the responsibility for our children’s success
and want you to know that we will do our very best to carry out our
responsibilities.

We would like to keep the channels of communication open through
emails and blogs. This year the blog will be updated with every new
lesson we take in KG2, it will include the objectives of the lesson,
new vocabulary and online games.

To receive emails notifications every time we upload our blog, you will find   “ Follow by Email” on the right side of the page( as shown in the picture below), please write your email and click SUBMIT.👍

Looking forward to a great year ahead,
PS/ES Arabic team
